Jim Schmidt,
Executive Director Jim Schmidt is Executive Director of the Sioux Empire Housing Partnership and has been since its inception in 1997. Jim leads the operations of the Partnership to ensure the mission is carried out properly. He also searches for revenue sources and opportunities for growth and development. Prior to joining the Partnership, Jim served as Regional Director for the American Cancer Society and was President of Killian Community College for 20 years. Schmidt serves as a Lincoln County Commissioner and farms in Lennox, SD. Jim is married to Teri Ellis-Schmidt and has two daughters, one son and two granddaughters. Kelli Gallagher, Director of Education Kelli Gallagher is the Education Director for the Sioux Empire Housing Partnership. She received her Associated degree in Business Administration at Southeast Technical Institute and went on to further her education at the University of Sioux Falls getting her Bachelor's degree in Business Management. Kelli's work experience lies heavily in the banking industry. She has worked a variety of different positions. Her last position was a Mortgage Loan Processor. Kelli is also very active in the community. She plays both co-ed softball and women's softball during the summer months. During the winter months Kelli devotes some of her time to volunteer work. Ronnie Fish, Office Manager Ronnie came to the Partnership from Forward Sioux Falls V where she worked as a project assistant. She manages the construction accounting, budgets and timelines of the Partnership's projects. Prioer to that, Ronnie served as the executive director of the Sioux Falls Humane Society for eleven of the twenty years that she worked there.
